What’s the most important thing to focus on in ? The hips pushing forward or the deep lunge?

In Triangle Posture, concentrate on sitting in the lunge and getting your thigh parallel to the floor, then push your hips forward. The lunge comes first and then the adjustment of the hips happens, but your focus should be on achieving both. Bikram Choudury explains it best in this video:
