As most of you know, we’ve introduced a 60 minute BYV Express class. We’ve had an amazing response so far and we can’t wait to for these classes to get busier and busier so we can start expanding this program at BYV. Everyone seems really pleased to be able to get their yoga in every day, no matter how busy they are. We also know that some of you, who have only been practising 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga, this new class format may not seem like the class for you. Some of you are wondering if you will still get the same benefits that a 90 minute class will give you. We wanted to share this quote from Bikram’s Beginning Yoga Class book, to let you know the opinion of the boss man. Although 90 minutes of Bikram Yoga a day is the ideal, it’s important to remember that the BYV Express class is here for days when you normally couldn’t fit in a full class and that you’re still getting benefits (and a workout too)!
