Given the overwhelmingly positive feedback that we have received from you, we will be adding additional 1-hour classes during weeknights and weekends to make it easier for you to make it to a hot yoga class!

Even with a hectic work, school, or family schedule, the 1-hour class provides you with flexibility to get in a regular workout.   We know how important it is to take care of your body and your overall health, and the 1-hour class will help you to get in that good sweat and solid workout!

The new fall schedule will take effect starting August 31.2015.  See you in class!
