Bikram Yoga Vancouver is excited to announce our First Annual Healthy Lifestyle Challenge, starting on January 1.   It doesn’t matter if you want to commit to just once per week, twice per week, or even seven days a week, we have a challenge that will suit your goals and needs.

Whatever it is, we invite you to join the rest of the BYV community in striving towards a healthy, fun and prosperous lifestyle!

Running from January 1 to March 31, 2014, you’ll get the chance to “choose your own challenge”.  This means that you pick the number of classes that you want to complete (15, 25 or 40 classes) over the next 90 days and we will track your progress and help you with any challenges that you may run into, and when you’ve completed all your classes, we will enter you into a draw for some awesome prizes.
