Introducing the 60-Minute Class
Due to overwhelming demand from our members, we will be introducing our brand new 60-minute Beginners Hot Yoga Class this upcoming summer.
We all know there are days where you just don’t have enough time to get into the 90-minute class, but still want to get in that great workout. That is why we will be launching the 60-minute class!
The 60-minute class consists of the same postures as the traditional 90-minute class but practiced at a condensed format. This class is designed to ensure you get your sweat on; help improve your flexibility; detox; and even lose a few pounds!

The 7:45 am “Morning Bird” Class Returns!
Are you an early riser? Looking to get in that good sweat and workout before work? With summer just around the corner, many of you have told us that it would be nice to have an early morning class, so we’ve listened! Starting this summer, you will find the addition of a few 7:45am classes on our schedule!
