Q: I often wobble from side to side during Pranayama Breathing, despite trying really hard to keep my feet flat and my weight in my heels. What am I doing wrong?

A: Try to flatten and spread your feet to the floor. Also, during inhalation, keep your hip and leg muscles relaxed; then, as you exhale, push your hips forward toward the mirror and engage your thigh muscles, bringing the weight into heels. You don’t, however, want to over-contract your thigh muscles (many students do this, but shouldn’t), so squeeze gently.
