A Checklist for Your Yoga Brain!

We know all about yoga brains! Everyone has done it! You walk half a block away from the studio and realize your mat is still in the changeroom! So we wanted to take a moment to remind you to take an extra look for your belongings before you leave!

We will only be holding on to lost and found items for a max of two weeks going forward. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Your best bet is to return immediately to the studio to pick up your lost item. Otherwise, call the front desk and ask one of our staff to put your name on the item and store it in the staff shelf.

Need a check list? Refer to the one we made for you here (ranked from the most lost items to the least lost):

Do you have your:

  1. Yoga Mat
  2. Water bottle
  3. Wet Yoga Clothes
  4. Towel(s)
  5. Jewelry removed in yoga room
  6. Coat/Sweater
  7. Keys
  8. Cellphone
  9. Wallet
  10. Shampoo + Soap in showers
